Experience the benefits of playing an instrument
It is widely accepted that musical study is a powerful tool for cognitive brain development. Music can improve math, memory, reading and motor skills while providing confidence and joy to your life. These benefits are not revealed simply by attending music lessons. Instead, a student should be expertly guided, one skill at a time, during this exciting musical journey.

Our popular Little Fiddles program is a unique concept that has been developed over the past 10 years. Children attend in their preschool year to learn violin, piano and early literacy. It is primarily a play-based approach to learn the fundamentals of music and literacy in a holistic and FUN environment. Enrolment is limited.

We accept students of all ages. A combination of private lessons and group activity is generally recommended. Adult students are welcome!

As students advance there are a variety of high quality musical experiences available:

Testimonials
"Little Fiddles has been a tremendous investment in our kids. In fun, creative ways, it lays a solid foundation for music appreciation and equips them with technical skills that will last a lifetime. The program is interactive, individualized and hands-on, introducing ear-training, rhythm, percussion, movement, reading music, fiddle, piano, and early literacy, as well as an opportunity to meet new friends. As a homeschool family, we have loved incorporating this in-depth musical training to supplement our children’s education and instill an early love of music".

"We enrolled our two daughters in the Little Fiddles program after hearing wonderful things about it from a few other parents we knew. The program introduced our children to many facets of music but it also allowed us to understand our girls more; in particular, it was a delight to see them communicate who they were through music. When they graduated from Little Fiddles, they continued to take private violin and piano lessons through Tom’s studio. Tom’s ability to teach in a clear, respectful and fun way is maybe more of a reason we keep on with our lessons than the music! However I particularly appreciate that he is a very skilled and precise musician who encourages the same in his students, along with a love for music. He is such a great influence in our daughters’ lives and I am very grateful for how much he and Stephanie have encouraged and helped our daughters to grow and learn in a very well-rounded way".
